Position: Call Center Representative

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

Location: Henderson, NV

Pay: $12.00-$27.00/hr (base + uncapped commission; top earners can exceed this range)

What You'll Be Doing

• Make outbound B2B sales calls
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers about energy options
• Identify customer needs and present available solutions
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships
• Follow sales scripts, processes, and company guidelines
• Accurately document customer information and sales activity
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience

You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

• Are comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearly
• Are goal-driven and motivated by performance-based pay
• Can handle objections and stay positive under pressure
• Are dependable, punctual, and responsive when scheduled
• Have any sales experience (a plus, not required)
  (Call center experience is also a plus.)

Pay & Schedule


Pay: $12.00/hr + uncapped commission + weekly attendance bonus
The more you sell, the more you earn-there is no commission cap.


Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
