Call Centre Representative

Schat Communications, a leading provider of advanced wireless internet technology, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our team. This is a full-time/part-time, fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office. Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on our products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant computer software.
• A high degree of empathy, patience, and resilience when handling challenging situations.
• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently.
