We’re looking for a creative and organized
Marketing Assistant
to join our restaurant marketing team. This role supports both company-owned and franchise locations through a mix of digital marketing, customer relationship management, community engagement, and event execution. The ideal candidate is able to transition between tasks, clearly communicate with cross functional partners and guests, and has a passion for brand building through all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & CRM
Support the scheduling, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid media channels.
Create email campaigns, manage customer segmentation, and send loyalty offers within the CRM system.
Assist Rewards customers with help requests.
Track campaign performance and report on engagement metrics, conversions, and ROI.
Assist in maintaining brand presence across digital platforms including the website, Google Business, and local listings.
Social Media & Content Creation
Create social media content, post, and manage social advertising to increase followers and engagement. Cross post as appropriate for blog and brand content.
Manage social media community engagement.
Create partnerships with local influencers.
Work with the operations team to create training content, including videos.
Community Engagement & Events
Support the planning and production of store openings, community events, restaurant fundraisers, and local partnerships.
Manage sponsorship and donation requests. Coordinate dining fundraisers at each location.
Capture and share event content for social and internal channels.
Franchise Partner Communication
Serve as a point of contact for franchise partners to share marketing updates, materials, and promotions.
Assist in distributing marketing calendars, toolkits, and campaign guidelines.
Support franchisee participation in loyalty programs, community events, and digital campaigns.
Marketing Operations
Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and vendor coordination for print and promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, catering, and training) to provide communication and ensure consistent execution.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of marketing, social media, graphic design, or content creation experience.
Excellent communication and organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable collaborating across teams and working with external vendors, franchise partners, and engaging with customers.
Experience creating Social Media content
Plus: Working knowledge of email marketing, social media marketing, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite)
