Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives while helping the team maintain organized and effective day-to-day operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and interested in developing a career within marketing and business operations. You will work closely with team members on a variety of projects and gain valuable exposure to different areas of marketing.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and projects.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, reports, and internal documents.
Conduct market and competitor research to support business initiatives.
Help organize campaign information, deadlines, and project deliverables.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing projects remain on schedule.
Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Maintain organized records of marketing activities and project information.
Assist with events, promotional initiatives, and other marketing activities when needed.
Monitor project progress and communicate important updates to the team.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing department.

Additional Information
Competitive salary of $50,000 – $55,000 per year
