Customer Service / Call Center Representative

Pay: $22.50 / hourly as W2

Holidays and vacation days taken are unpaid

This is a definded project for up to 4 months.


Location: Remote | Must live within 60 miles or 60 minutes of zip code 85004 (Phoeniz, AZ)

The total hours in a given week will be 40.

Your hours working will fall between 9am - 9pm ET, also there may be some weekend work required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service calls, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and manage customer accounts.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or military equivalent experience (within the last 7 years).
• Intermediate computer skills (typing while talking, navigating multiple systems, using MS Office and search tools).
• Candidates must be available to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and flexible to work 1 day on the weekend
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 + years of experience in banking/finance, call centers, or remote environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
• Adaptable to ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and technical changes.

What you'll do as a Customer Service Representative?

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be on the front line, making a direct impact to our cardholders' experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Handling Inbound Calls
• Delivering exceptional service
• Managing customer information
• Resolving inquiries
• Authorizing sales
• Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues

What You'll Need to be Considered:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Prior customer service experience
• Fully fluent in English (Spanish is nice to have, but not mandatory)
• Must live within 60 minutes or 60 miles of 85004 to ensure you're able to commute for in-person training and occasional in-person activities.Demonstrate at least an intermediate level of computer skills including the ability to:
• Navigate and manage information across multiple windows and software platforms efficiently
• Maintain typing proficiency while actively conversing with customers
• Utilize Outlook or other Microsoft Office programs effectively
• Employ search tools to quickly find necessary information

This role requires a quiet, distraction-free environment. During your scheduled work time, you must be able to refrain from tending to any personal matters, including, but not limited to, answering personal phone calls or personal emails, and caring for children or others. You must also be able to restrict any visitors or family from your work area while you are working.
